In 2023, Newcastle Grammar School formed an affiliation with local early education and care provider, Explore & Develop Newcastle East, to offer a high-quality preschool experience to NGS families. Explore & Develop Newcastle East is committed to preparing children for their transition to school, with a preschool program that aims to develop all of the foundation skills children benefit from when starting Kindergarten.
The centre provides an extended hours service in the heart of the Newcastle CBD, close to Hill Campus. Its owners, Cherie and Jenny, are highly experienced and committed to providing a safe and positive environment in which young children learn, grow and flourish.
